Annemie Twardawa

Annemie Twardawa is a freelance puppeteer born and based in Berlin. She studied acting and puppeteering in Buenos Aires, Argentine where she lived for a few years and at Ernst Busch Berlin. She has worked as a guest in various theatres and operas in Germany and had a three year engagement at the theatre young generation in Dresden. She is member of the Puppet Performance Company Lovefuckers and also part of the Projekt Cirque du Slay, a dark family circus based in France and Germany. She has been invited to festivals in Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, and Poland. She also works for film and TV and as a puppetbuilder.
